Rebuilding Shiftolic’s web presence from scratch in just 2 weeks.
The Background
Shiftolic operates in a corner of healthcare that doesn’t get much attention until something goes wrong. Hospitals run short on physicians, agencies can’t fill shifts fast enough, and burnout climbs every time someone has to work back-to-back. Their platform connects physicians, healthcare facilities, and staffing agencies through a marketplace that handles shift scheduling, credentialing, and coverage in one place. As the product grew, the website didn’t grow with it.
The Challenge
The old Shiftolic site no longer reflected what the platform had become. It looked dated next to the product, the messaging didn’t match the current positioning, and there was no easy way to tell new visitors what Shiftolic actually does. On top of that, the timeline was tight. Two weeks from kickoff to launch, design and development both, with no room to push the deadline.
The Solution
NUES took the project end to end. Design and development ran in parallel, with each side moving in tight one-week sprints. The first week was design: positioning, messaging structure, visual direction, and high-fidelity UI for every page. Two design revisions, both turned around fast. The second week was development: the Webflow build, CMS architecture, integrations, and QA. Two development revisions, again turned around fast. Every decision through the project was made with the timeline in mind, components built once and reused across pages, structures kept simple where simplicity worked, performance dialed in from the start so launch day wouldn’t get held up by optimization.

The new design captured what Shiftolic had grown into, with clear positioning, modern visuals, and messaging that finally matched the product. The CMS was set up for the marketing team to manage independently, and performance was solid from day one.
